Terms of service

Effective June 19, 2026. These terms govern use of ChiroBooking by patients, chiropractors, clinic staff, and visitors.

1. The service

  • ChiroBooking (chirobooking.online) is an online booking and practice scheduling platform. Patients can search for chiropractors, view available appointment times, and book appointments. Chiropractors can create accounts, publish clinic profiles, manage services and availability, and view patient bookings through a dashboard.
  • ChiroBooking is not a healthcare provider, chiropractic clinic, insurer, emergency service, or source of medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, refer, or verify the clinical qualifications or suitability of any chiropractor or appointment.
  • Subscription billing for chiropractor accounts is processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who act as our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe to a chiropractor plan, you are entering into a purchase agreement with Paddle as the legal seller of record. Paddle's checkout buyer terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Chiropractor accounts must be created and used only by the clinic owner, the licensed chiropractor, authorised clinic staff, or another person with explicit permission to manage that clinic's profile and calendar.
  • Patients may book with or without an account where guest booking is available. If you book on behalf of another person, including a dependent or family member, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their information and manage bookings for them.

3. Chiropractor responsibilities

  • Chiropractors are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their clinic profile, services, pricing, location, opening hours, availability, appointment rules, cancellation policies, and any health or care information they publish on ChiroBooking.
  • Chiropractors are responsible for maintaining valid professional licences and registrations, appropriate insurance, clinical care and records, patient consent, privacy obligations under applicable law, and compliance with all laws and professional standards that apply to their practice. ChiroBooking does not verify licences, qualifications, or professional standing.
  • Chiropractors must not publish misleading, unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content. Chiropractors must not use ChiroBooking to collect information they are not authorised to collect.

4. Patient responsibilities

  • Patients are responsible for choosing their own clinic and chiropractor, verifying appointment details before attending, arriving on time, and providing accurate contact information.
  • Clinical questions, urgent concerns, accessibility requirements, late arrival notices, fee queries, and special requests must be directed to the clinic directly — not to ChiroBooking.
  • Information on ChiroBooking is provided by clinics and generated from clinic availability. It may change without notice and does not constitute professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for clinical decisions.
  • Do not use ChiroBooking for emergencies. Contact emergency services or a qualified health professional immediately for urgent medical needs.

5. Bookings, cancellations, and reminders

  • A booking is confirmed when the platform records an available appointment slot after the patient has completed the booking steps. We use technical controls to minimise double bookings, but chiropractors remain responsible for confirming and managing their own calendars.
  • Patients and chiropractors may be able to cancel or reschedule eligible appointments through ChiroBooking where this is enabled. Cancellation, late arrival, no-show, refund, and treatment fee policies are set by the individual clinic — not by ChiroBooking.
  • Email and SMS confirmations and reminders are sent as a convenience. Delivery may fail due to carrier, provider, spam filtering, or configuration issues beyond our control. You remain responsible for checking your appointment details.

6. Pricing, subscriptions, and billing

  • ChiroBooking is free for patients.
  • Chiropractor plans are priced at $30 per month for Basic and $50 per month for Pro, unless a different price, promotion, deferred billing period, or tax-inclusive price is shown at checkout. Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax, etc.) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Chiropractor subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle charges the payment method on file at the start of each billing period and manages renewals, receipts, and invoices on our behalf. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Subject to our Refund Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law, past charges are not automatically refunded upon cancellation.
  • We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated price for future billing periods.

7. Refunds

  • Our Refund Policy is available at chirobooking.online/refund. It sets out when refunds are available, how to request one, and your rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Acceptable use

  • You must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt ChiroBooking or its infrastructure.
  • You must not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
  • You must not send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content to other users.
  • You must not upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • You must not impersonate another person, clinic, or business.
  • You must not reverse-engineer or copy protected parts of the service.
  • You must not use the service in violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
  • We may suspend or terminate access to any account or clinic profile that creates security, legal, operational, or patient safety risk, or that is used for abuse, fraud, or unlawful purposes.

9. Privacy and data

  • Our Privacy Policy at chirobooking.online/privacy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Chiropractors and clinics are independently responsible for handling patient information they receive through ChiroBooking in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their own professional obligations.
  • You must only enter information you are authorised to provide. Do not upload sensitive personal or clinical information beyond what is necessary for scheduling.

10. Intellectual property

  • ChiroBooking, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
  • Clinic content (profiles, service descriptions, photos) is owned by the chiropractor who submitted it. By publishing content on ChiroBooking, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the booking service.

11. Availability and changes

  • We aim to keep ChiroBooking available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free access. We may update, suspend, modify, or remove features as the product develops, with or without notice for non-material changes.
  • Features described as coming soon, deferred, beta, or preview are not guaranteed to launch.

12. Disclaimers and liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChiroBooking is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, provider suitability, booking availability, notification delivery, or the accuracy of clinic-supplied content.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be limited under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation, including consumer guarantees in relation to services.
  • Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of ChiroBooking is limited to the amount you paid to ChiroBooking for the subscription period in which the claim arose, or $100 AUD, whichever is greater.
  • We are not liable for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, advice given by chiropractors, or actions taken by any clinic or patient in connection with an appointment.

13. Termination

  • You may stop using ChiroBooking at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable subscription fees, create risk for other users, or use the service unlawfully.
  • On termination, sections that by nature survive will continue to apply, including accrued payment obligations, intellectual property, privacy obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

14. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. For users in Australia and New Zealand, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Users in other jurisdictions may also have rights under local consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this clause.

15. Updates and contact

  • We may update these terms as the service, pricing, laws, or provider relationships change. The effective date on this page will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of ChiroBooking after an update means you accept the revised terms.
  • For support, billing questions, or legal notices, email support@chirobooking.online.
  • For subscription and billing queries, you may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.com.
